    It ran (sorta) on my iPad mini 1 and I could run about 1000 parts on my iPad mini 4, so I'd say yeah

    My iPad from 2021 can handle the A-40D Havoc II (this thing). I think your 9th gen iPad will be fine :)

    I run an iPad 7th gen, and it runs pretty good, being able to handle performance cost of up to 18k

    Well? That depends. If you are used to a computer, probably not.
    But the iPad I used for several years was 5th gen (or something around that age, I think it was made in 2016 or 17) and it worked fine. There was some lag loading stuff, but it was definitely manageable.
    Sp can run on literally almost anything.
