My car builds constantly have the issue of the front wheel having no traction with the road, i cant seem to figure out why

when i build a car and try to test it sometimes, or i modify my suspension height, for some reason my front wheels just lose all its traction. i cant turn with them. cant brake and cant accelerate with them if there connected to a engine. i haven't been able to find any other post about this issue. the only fix i have found for it is directly connecting the wheel to the main body o the car, but this isn't a real solution as it just makes me have a non functioning suspension system.
this issue happens when i take a fine working car i build, then drop the wheels and the entire suspension setup to a lil lower (turning low race suspension into a rally car suspension height kind of thing)
if anyone knows how to ix this i would greatly appreciate it as this has been a issue i haven't been able to solve in a year i trying.

If you happen to have an RC car lying around (even a cheap one) study the suspension and try to build it.

I don't know how your car works at all. You have your wheel connected to a fuselage with is connected(at a single point) to one shock. This creates a very loose connection because the shock tends to move all around (not just up and down) i encountered this on one of my builds. You need to build at least a single wishbone suspension to link things together properly. I recommend taking a look at the stock little bugger for inspiration (or hell copy the suspension intirely).

You could try increasing the sideways traction asymptote in xml

The suspension definitely seems to be the root of the issue but I haven't been able to figure it out yet, though I suspect it might be related to the fact that it's too simple (@L1nus once told me that you can't really cheat with suspensions. Tagging him here, maybe he can help better). As a stopgap solution, I recommend connecting the wheels to the body and then enabling the vanilla suspension on them, I'll keep testing the car later

I'm not really sure what could be causing this other than maybe uneven weight distribution. Could you please upload one of these cars as unlisted and send me a link so I can check it out?
