As you can see here, it's clearly night time, but the terrain isn't darkening (and the plane looks a tad odd as well)
It only happens on PC, my iPad handles night-time lighting perfectly. Anyone know a way to fix this? Is it because of active mods?
EDIT: PROBLEM FIXED!
Not sure which mod it was, but I turned off a bunch of mods (mostly additional ones, Fine Tuner and Overload stayed) and my lighting is fixed now.
So here's a night-time picture with an upcoming plane:
This is what night terrain should look like.
Good lord
@32 Idk what happened but I'm not downloading stuff outside the SP website no more lol
@Graingy Formerly, 10-ish.
@TheUltimatePlaneLover
Hmm… not sure
@TheUltimatePlaneLover what probably happened is you clicked one of those scummy “download now” ads. If you find the actual “download Reshade” button it won’t give you a virus.
Lol. Checked it and was gonna come back to say I didn't have the issue, turns out you fixed it.
How many mods do you run?
Strange.
And you most definitely did not get a virus. I somehow managed to download it.
Somehow.
@32 Nope, tried to download it and almost got a virus. Not trying again.
@CrestelAeronautics I have some maps and features but not graphics or textures intentionally designed to alter looks except the rain/clouds mod.
@LunarEclipseSP Don't think it's normal, it used to work fine once long ago
@Graingy Nope, everywhere I go the lighting is off
Peculiar. I don't fly at night often. I don't think I've had this issue. Is it only Snowstone?
@TheUltimatePlaneLover
I have SP on my PC (I prefer mobile though) and this doesn’t happen to me. Do you have any texture or graphics mods installed?
You using Reshade?
Weird, not sure.
I don't know maybe? I guess it just a normal nighttime visual
@LunarEclipseSP
@TheMouse
You guys got any answers?
