What do y’all think the Boeing F-47’s name should be? I am currently working on a VR F-47 but it needs a name.
The Air Force said 47 was to honor the legacy of the P-47 Thunderbolt and the year the USAF was founded, 1947.
Options:
• F-47 Wraith
• F-47 Grim Reaper
• F-47 Phatom II
• F-47 Thanatos (Greek god: Death)
• F-47 Thunder
My personal favorite is the F-47 Wraith.

Well lets look at the mission requirements, Long range, Superior Stealth, EM (including Light) and Cyber Warfare, Fast Super-cruise capable, AI infused fighter, drone mothership, and air to air/ground role.
With all this in mind quick, stealthy and smart group coordinated attacks would match the name of that of these three:
Boeing F-47 Hussar (look it up)
Boeing F-47 Coyote
Boeing F-47 Stymphalian (look it up)
or in your case
Boeing F-47 Phatom II
