The shooter cleared him for takeoff.
Igor felt the G-Forces build as his Sardine rocketed off the carrier. He hadn't felt this since the Russian war. The plane quickly climbed to his cruising altitude and set the engines to full burner. Igor was was headed to Krakabola, as a reformist convoy had been spotted.
He soon spotted the convoy.
"Onion 1 you are clear to engage"
"Roger that"
He locked onto an anti aircraft tank and fired a missile.
Direct hit. He switched to guns and shot up another. The plane came around and fired a barrage of rockets into the supply trucks.
The convoy had been wiped off the face of the earth. Igor set course for home.

But this does raise concerns, if the Reformists made it to Krakabloa (they're based at Snowstone, but not strictly yet since they have no clear bases/territory, kinda vagabond-ish) we'll have to up security. Stand by in case they try to intrude into our land again, fellow Sorbets.

@NominalSituation If this is true, then it means that the artillery unit of ETSF has also landed. Then in the early stages of the war, there would be no MDA Air Force to deal with, as the airport had already been bombed out.
