If it breaks the rules, it breaks the rules, whether it’s public or unlisted it’s all on the website. I would suggest uploading the xml through a place where you can share files rather than here.
@crazyplaness someone I had know had their post removed and it's something I want use just to make a memorial livery for it and I want to make sure they don't get banned if they give me the link for it
