@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 that's the regular quad copter. And it's not the first time a Chinese national was caught for flying drones near military bases. These are different, Much different considering the footages available. And it's on a scale that's too much for one dude to handle. Which solidifies my suspicion that this is, in fact, the US military. Why the secrecy? That's anyone's guess. And by the way, I am not familiar with it but drone survey is a thing.

but wait there's more. Drones were also seen over New Jersey and new York. The FBI doesn't know what it is and they are asking for public help. Mayors are asking for a state of emergency.
