Well for this case I can say nothing, but for my case it had been a persisting issue even before the un-upvote attacks ("M" inexplicably started hatin' on me after the Monarchii War era), so it was more of "you did blank and now you're doing this too" for me.
But again I can't say anything for Crestel, to my knowledge, "M" has never bullied him.
