FI-90 shot down an Su-57 but flew into the explosion.
He survived, but he needed repairs.
Yeager was closed because we decided it was a perfect time to get every B-984 we have and stuff them into Yeager (it did not work). Good news is,
He can just go to the MDA's new air base!

@Rb2h Well, the issue was the shrapnel, not the explosion. As it would turn out, the FI-90 can not vaporize planes.
I flew into many explosions in my time flying in sp and I'm fine

Jokes aside though, this actually happened. I was testing the FI-90, shot down an Su-57 (three of them), but flew into the explosion. Wings got badly damaged and the nose got ripped (off), but the rest of the plane (barely) survived so I was able to nurse it home.
