@PhilipTarpley probably under certain circumstances, like editing it for too long or adding too much texts idk.

@Alisuchanka Just to be clear...this doesn't always happen for you, does it? Only under certain circumstances?

@AndrewGarrison unfortunately i didn't saved the instructions as there's no way to save the craft when the soft lock occurs. Probably I used too many line breaks or too many texts which probably causes the soft lock. I also don't remember using special characters but I only leave blank lines for organization purposes.

@Alisuchanka Thanks for the link! Can you copy and paste your craft instructions in a comment here or on pastebin.com so we can see what text you are using when you encounter the error? There might be a special character or maybe it's just the length that causes the issue, but if we have the exact text it might help us recreate the issue here so we can fix it.

@AndrewGarrison Here's the plane I'm working on. I attempted to add the craft instructions on it but it soft locks the game which prevents me from saving the text for some reason. At the moment it has no craft instructions since I can't add it without soft locking.

This happens to me if I'm editing the craft instructions for too long.

@7 For me it sometimes adds a invisible character at the end of every line that messes up formatting, no idea why that happens.

I haven't run into the softlock yet, but if you use too many lines on android, the keyboard system stops working correctly

Yes, a restart fixed but when I edit my craft instructions again the soft lock persist still

For me it seems to happen almost randomly
