OMG I found a practical use for this feature:

You know when you're precisely placing a part, and there's like one exact pixel where the part goes in the right place, and when you move your finger slightly, the part goes haywire and goes every place but the place you want it to go? Usually in this situation, you'd give up because, when you lift your finger, it flicks slightly, so you wouldn't be able to place this part properly. But with this button, when you get the part in the right spot, you can hold this and then you don't have to worry about your finger moving when you lift it off to place the part.

Ohh ok, was gonna say that I didnt think building on mobile with your level of detail was even possible. But at this point it would take me as long to learn how to build on pc as I've played simpleplanes altogether 😂@jamesPLANESii

Pressing the button sends any personally identifiable information, such as your real name, address, phone number or any other contact information to jundroo.

Whatever it does, it can't be worse than what the undo button can do.

Its for locking your block position so if u move cursor when you grab parts, you can lock its position without moving it, or maybe im wrong idk
