No, it's only possible with mods. We briefly discussed the possibility of adding contributer support to craft posts when Andrew added it to solar system/celestial body posts on SimpleRockets.com, but most of us (including Andrew) agreed that it wouldn't be a good idea and could easily be abused.

I was thinking about that too. It would have been useful for "my" Etendard IVP that is kinda a collab with a friend.

add a part and pass it on
idea: split the build in half and upload each half, then users have to upvote and download both posts to enjoy what you built
