For the years I've been here I've been noticing, and I have a strong feeling that this weord thing makes up a massive chunk of my following;
Getting notifications that 0 point, no comment or upload users follow my account or comment on forums that are years old and have no tags.

Just in the past ~5 days I've had two 0 point users follow, one who had their account for almost 2 years, and the other a month.
One has no comments, and the other only 5 total.
I find is especially strange recently since you can't even upvote builds or forums anymore without points, and kinda especially weirds me out how so many users keep finding my practically dead account to follow as well comment on years-old forums.
Just, I can't give exact numbers or exactly say an estimate on how often I notice this, but it's been happening fairly frequently enough over a long enough time that it would be kinda hard to forget, even for someone as forgetful as me.

At this point, I just wonder if anyone else notices 0 point users following, or it's just me being weird, or something along those lines.
