Follow James tips. But also move the read lg's forward a bit. And with the wobbling try reducing the control surfaces size on the horizontal stabilizers.

Your issue is your wing load is unbelievably high. Try quadrupling the wing area and making your plane lighter. Also make your elevator surfaces a bit smaller.
A small amount of wobble is realistic, but this much is just excessive. @randomusername
