thats becouse ypou need to put the throttle up slowly, 36000 rpm doesnt acellerate so fast. and as i mentioned, the motors turn at such a high rpm
the plane becomes gyroscopic. the pitch is fine and ive seen way worse than this, it uses a gyro so it can steer due to the rpm, it doesnt alow it to steer without gyro

@Werboithescientist yes, thats an unintentional INF acelleration glitch, there is an airbrake that prevents it from doing that
