@SamTheUncle I know your question was quite a while ago, but it seems it was never answered.
This isn't actually a mod as you think it is. Its not a simpleplanes mod file, its a compter program .exe . You run the program, input the filepath for the model, and it processes to output a simpleplanes file (it saves in the correct location, no need to move it). Then you just open SP and open the aircraft named "export". There it is. Make sure to not have too many polygons, (low poly files recommended) because each polygon becomes one fuselage panel. 1000 polygons, 1000 parts.
The resulting file is a normal simpleplanes file, no mod required to open.
An example of this is my Horse, a simpleplanes creation made entirely using this tool. Its funny though, my least effort creation (almost no effort) has my most upvotes ever. Only on simpleplanes.
@DISHWASHER2005 I used a method called panelling, it gets a better overall shape than normal fuselages, but obviously not as smooth. Thus it looks a bit like stormworks I guess.
@LJh1 Very nice design! One suggestion, normally the heli pads dont have such high wall on the sides. I think the walls could be taken off or adjusted a lot lower.

@Jmplane678 Asking for spotlighs/upvotes doesn't increase the chance of a dev finding this. Instead, you should tag a developer here to bring it to their attention.
@ZerkkOtakuGuy I can confirm that technically, it works on a computer. However, reaction time is not fast enough with a mouse, so its practically impossible. I got around this because I am have a touchscreen computer, but those with only a mouse will not be able to do this.

@TheMouse Its moving. I have plans to model the engine, and then have a full walkaround of the exterior. So players can do a their pre-flight exterior checks.

@KevPlayzz About the fastest car thing, my personal opinion is that you should allow xml, but not allow any xml editing for the engines. If you allowed me to xml edit engines, I could literally make an infinite speed car in one minute.
@KevPlayzz I think you should re-upload with a better thumbnail. Do you want me to do a thumbnail? Also, 50 upvotes is not doable. People generally do 15-20 for first place.
