Dude, the chassis sent a screen grab of is performing worlds better than my jeep. Its almost like a prerunner setup, the thing flies over jumps and doesnt blow up. Also the AT-AT works on pc and on my iphone 5 flawlessly. Wish i could scale it up to make it huge, the snowspeeder is the same size lol. On a side note my wife hates me now im nose deep in this game :). Haters gonna hate.
@LtJester thats weird, usually rotating down off of the little wing on the rotator doesn't set off a warning red flag. Ive come across the grey wing, basically means its not attached to anything. I would set up the rotator by itself by attaching an extra cockpit to it. Then attach your wings you want on it. Once its all setup just right, grab the rotator and separate it from the cockpit, and it should become a little sub tool while moving it around with everything you want attached to it. Then move it back to the fuselage you had it on.
@LtJester basically i just rotate them till I the get the way i want them, and load the level to see if they stay.i wish it was easy to explain, but it takes a bit if trial an error. Once you get the hang of it it is second nature. Try to visualize the setup of the wings like a puzzle, and execute it the best you can. Also download you favorite builders wing designs to take them apart, and try to put them back together. Just keep trying, and if the wing turns red, rotate it around till its back in the position you want and most of the time it stays. Hang in the bud, you will get it.

@DethFromAbove the flight characteristics are worlds better than on my iphone, and the graphics look amazing. Plus you can build some gigantic things. You guys owned those star wars replicas man, you two are now my favorite builders.

@PhilipTarpley, thanks for the rating. What is incredible is the amount of possibilities in this game, the physics still blow my mind. With the tank I just made, I just laughed like a little school girl when it started rolling around. You guys are geniuses.
@SpiritusRaptor awesome, glad to hear someone is driving it. Most users are on ipads or mobiles, which this is too big for.The way the suspension works still amazes me, I didnt think it would work so well.
@Ctracerx2 not much at all actually. But yesterday i had one day off from everything and also I was hung over. This thing surprisingly worked right out the box, little testing was needed. Once the chassis was rolling, the wing body fell right in place.
@Mkenz the chassis for this build is under my airplanes, its the 4x4 challenge. If you wanted to, you can delete all the fuel cells and add a modded one as a detacher(they weigh a ton)like the one on this build to keep the frame rate up. Its the piece count that Fs that up.
@Scriefers it was one the first ones I built, but neither I or the others before have mastered it like you did with the A-10. That is the pinnacle of a perfect replica. I would love to see a F-15 in the same light. I cant wait.

This makes me wish we could switch cockpit views. Would be cool to hop from turret to turret. Someday we will be able to unlock the true glory of your builds. This thing flies great, and it is fantastic on the water. I forgot how fun the water was in this game from a planes point of view. Im glad I found the follow feature, which was not easy, on this site now too cause I'm drooling at the fact you have a list a planes you are making **cough cough F-15 cough**.

@Geebers, thanks for the rating. The title of this game undermines the scope of it. They really created an amazing game that went beyond what it was originally intended. If they keep improving this game, the amount of machines and inventions could be endless. Sadly, I think for a mobile game its pretty maxed out(Ive given up playing on my iphone), but on PC the sky is the limit. This game on PC looks and plays amazingly, and I highly recommend.
@Scriefers, you are too kind lol. Honestly I was forced to get better at it because too much weight on vehicles causes all sorts of problems. Also most military/4x4s vehicles are so blocky, it easy to get way with. On planes I tend to stay ways from it because i feel there are better/easier options for the fuselage with smoother geometry. But others, like https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/R31duA/F6F-Hellcat pull it off beautifully. Like a complex lego build.
@Allstarship, i just really wanted to drive a tank in this game. figured id slap some junk together and see if it would handle like a tank, and was pleasantly surprised. Also i was hungover all day yesterday so I had nothing better to do. Tanks are just awesome.
@SkipperBing, I used the same idea from your Train to keep this thing planted on the ground. 2 VTOL jets pointed up. On a random note, the wheel came from my jeep steering wheel. never intended it to be drivable and was shocked when testing to see it perform so well. The physics in this game still surprises me.

@Ctracerx2 agreed, modding just lets more creativity shine through innovation. And most modders share their creations so others can benefit, this whole multiplayer diatribe is all based on theoretical downfalls that Im sure the devs will deal with so hate raters will stop crying. I feel the push for mutiplayer is overshadowing the fact that many aspects of the game i.e. weak props and engines, are a problem many want updates for, and the modders are taking it into their own hands to make our experience more enjoyable. I for one thank them for that, and once multiplayer launches, then we can discuss ways to fix that in due time.

P.S. dont listen to all the modding haters, if it makes it more fun then go for it. You have my support, and many other top builders would agree. Also the devs know what modding is capable of in their game, and embrace it. Thats what makes PC gaming so amazing these days, customization through modding(Skyrim will never be the same lol). Hell, some people think clipping and detacher add ons are cheating, and the devs never and will never patch those bugs for the fact it makes the builds amazing, and most existing builds would explode. Aim for the moon man, and build me my perfect F-15.
This F-15 looks awesome, im a sucker for F-15s, big impact on my childhood memories. Sadly it is one jet that hasnt been perfected in my eyes, but you are on the right track. One suggestion, you should experiment with the rotator based landing gear on this build. Any wheels attached to wing parts on rotators usually go into existing geometry.(Check out Scriefers newest A-10 landing gear) I love your stuff and would love to see it brought to the next level.
