The reason why I made this is because @KnightOfRen requested me to make a video of how I make these profile pictures. And a ton of people wanted to know how to make it. A video saves writing a kilobyte of text, so here you go.
@Simps I just take the original picture, trace some of the lines, and color changes, copy a color for a section, then use the fill tool to fill that section
@Simps Take a screenshot, or use the snipping tool (Windows Key + Shift + A) to take the picture. Go to postimages.org. Press CTRL + V to paste the image. And copy the direct URL and use the  format to show the image
