2 Crop out and edit the image(es) (if you want)
3 Save it
3B (If you take three screenshots). Make it so that all three screenshots are in one image, using a photo editor.
4 Open the blueprints tab in SP
5 Open the screenshot as a blueprint
6 Open the share tab
7 When you do the screenshots, move the camera so that it shows the image
7B. (if you do three). Move the camera so that each thumbnail shows one of the three images.
8 Put the description

I typically go for under 500 parts to be considered as mobile friendly, because that's how much my iPad can handle. But there are a few exceptions though
@KingOog000 I just take the original picture, trace some of the lines, and color changes, copy a color for a section, then use the fill tool to fill that section
@FeatherWing The one in the trailer I think was custom gear, which used rotators. I think rotators can get jammed when damaged, which is I think what they meant.
