Your plane needs at least one (1) cockpit, but you can add a different model, select it as primary in the part settings, and delete the old one.

The level of technology tested in secret areas is so advanced that when the SR-71 Blackbird was undergoing tests in Area-51, the UFO sightings went up to 5times the normal.
What we see is probably some top-secret, super developed prototype making tests on the field and fleeing when it is interrupted to keep the technology safe and secret.
I wouldn't be surprised if I saw it patrolling the sky a couple of years from now

@AWESOMENESS360 also the reason why the AF of countries don't use this is that the real life counterpart would need to be huge to carry a good amount of weapons.
