@Nerdtronics VTOL engines can by exploiting quantum mechanics channel the air through space and time into the nozzles. The fuel still has to be inside the plane thou.

Will the VTOL engine exploit be allowed(Where you can use an VTOL engine without attaching it to the plane)?
How do I get my plane to go faster than 1000 km/h. What engine should I just? Should I just stack VTOLs?
