Here is some basic ass code i wrote because it was being annoying.
paste this into the control surface input or a rotator input (better option is rotator with super fast speed) where x = your desired G limit
its kinda studery because of the speed the control surfaces move is the speed it'll refresh at which is why a super fast rotator is advised. maybe ill try and work out a solution one day
@IamSage I dont remember fully but I disabled all aircraft collisions with the Overload mod. Then I put the seat on a detacher making sure none of it was connected to anything else and then the seat just kinda phases through your plane (bc of the no aircraft collisions). there are other ways to do it like detach or blow up the canopy first which I'm gonna try and implement in my next plane (just a rly modified F-16 again bc I haven't played in ages) but yeah, get Overload if you don't already use it.
The fact that you can make the uss beast do donuts just warms my heart seriously
