It all begins when the Soviet Union reformed in 2032. Because the Slovic states of Europe were crippling in debt thanks to covid and idiots for presidents of the united states cant burn their money right and save that part of Europe. After the reformation of the Soviet Union, they spent their time rebuilding an economy to work. Meanwhile, the United States is busy not paying attention to what’s going on in Europe. The untied states are busy becoming more economically tied to China due to the fact they don’t want to face the fact that the world economy is collapsing. In 2041 when the Americans finally sobered up to the fact that the Soviets are back making another cold war. At the same time, an industrious American engineer built the mk3 which was the most efficient plasma rifle ever built he gave the world the mk1 but it wasn’t very good the soviets bought the engineer by the name of Henry Williams. The Americans were not happy as well as they realized that they were now Siamese twins with China economically. The cold war began again. At the same time, the Soviets needed a new way to govern its territory’s So they phased out the governments and made representatives for each nation stand on the soviet counsel. The arms race too had begun to pick up as well as robotics suits now becoming a true reality. In 2055 the Soviets introduced to the world the mk5 the best plasma rifle ever built. This could take out any tank no matter how much armor you put on it. It was also cheap to make so it was mass-produced. At the same time, soviet plasma defense technology had tripled in power what did it do you may ask plasma rifles and defenses shot basically put a lightning strike into the air. Where did the power come from? They used fusion cells basically a miniature reactor that burned uranium with a little coolant that made a lot of energy. At the same time, the Americans sent ambassadors over to China as they had come to the cold realization that they could not separate themselves from China. They made goals and shared technology which frightened most of the world but the soviets are busy smoking a cigarette saying yea whatever. At the same time, the Austrian Prime Minster went over to Hungary he said basically said listen the soviets are right across the border and we can’t stop them split apart but if we remake the Austro-Hungarian empire we can stop them dead in their tracks. They took most of what was left of the Austria-Hungarian Empire of WW1 and had to go to war with only one nation the others said ok and joined. This was a shock to most of the world the soviets were glad to have them back the general secretary at the time said this. “This is good this keeps bad leadership from taking more than what our glorious empire needs.” Fast forward 7 years to 2062 a revolution occurred in Brazil the lower class overthrew of the higher class that made all the money at the same time a dictator came up by the name of Baker Henry. He went immidently to the Soviet Union for help as he knew it would not be long before the united states appeared in his yard. Little did he know he was right in doing so within a year soviet bases were established in Brazil however the Americans did not care they went to war. During this time power armor was made if you don’t know what that is look into the fallout universe. The Americans were the first ones to have any and deployed the suit they called the X-01 to Brazil. The Russians realized that while power armor will be short-lived it will determine the fate of their nation. A slight bit later they made the T-60 suit of power armor the rest of the world said yea whatever and began to make power armor left and right. The Chinese made what call the protector 1. The Americans refer to it as the X-02. The Europeans made the hellfire suit a suit so that weighs1 a ton. In 2068 the Chinse went to the Americans and said they can do the war in Brazil no longer as they were the spine of Americans. On May 13, 2068, the Americans called defeat and retreated from brail. 2 years later the Chinse failed to restart their economy and went again to America and said we’re going to war with the Soviet Union to restart the economy for whatever reason the Americans said yes. In 2070 the PLA went to war with the Soviet Union ripping a new front in Mongolia. The new suits clashed together like Pepsi man and Coca-Cola man. 1 year later the Americans declared war on the Soviet Union and invaded Saint Petersburg. 3 weeks went by and the soviets retreated to trenches outside of the city. Holding the Americans back at the same time on the eastern front the Russians decided that they would use Calvary as they were being pushed back hard by the X-02 suits by the Chinse. They grabbed Mk5 and loaded it onto horses and basically ended the Chinse advance. However, the chinse too grabbed their horses and pushed putting again a stalemate between the two. A year later and the war had gone nowhere the Chinese were still fighting the Russians on the eastern front and still were in the deserts of Mongolia. The Americans could not advance flank or do anything as they were being blown up by artillery or had 75 rounds of 762x54RR shoved into them by the firing line around Saint Petersburg. The Soviets understood they could not continue to fight this war. So they went to Europe wich was heavily dependent on them for supplies. They went and said here’s the deal fight with us and we give you resources only 3 nations said yes. Here were the 3 , The Austro-Hungarian empire, The Federal Republic Of Germany, and The 5th Republic of France. This was a day ruined for the allied powers as they called themselves. The 3 made a military strategy. They would go do it soccer style the Germans would take the offensive. The Austria-Hungarians would take the middle ground. The French would hold the Defensive. Within  2 days, they were in Kazakhstan And the invasion of china began for the first 3 weeks it was a complete failure, however, the Central powers as they called themselves made a plan. They would burn the environment down to the ground with their hell fire suits. This was a major success there was nowhere to run or hide for the Chinese. Due to how expensive the X-02 was they were not heavily present which allowed the Central powers to push harder. The Chinese were screwed beyond that of all belief. 6 months later the Soviets invaded Houston it started off with a bang by a ship carrying explosives for export and left the port of Houston a hole. At the same time, they went in with T-60 suits of power armor before the Americans could entrench themselves. This made a huge front in Texas and basically put neither side could win. Calvary didn’t work as the terrain didn’t allow for it to work. Fast forward 2 and a half years. The slow advance of the Central powers had captured Shanghai China surrendered and the Americans called a cease-fire. Delegates went to Switzerland where a treaty was made the Chinese would get all the land back and the Americans too but they would have to be the spine of the world for the next 60 years. The Chinese and Americans looked at it talked for a moment then said MAD and pressed the button for the nukes. The day was March 6 2075 the darkest day in the world. Most of the world went up in flames only 1 city didn’t Saint Petersburg. The remnants of the United States military continued on for about 5 years then they came to an end. One side said they wanted to help all the American wasteland as they called themselves the Repairers. The others said they would only help those who carried the American flag and rebuild America. As they called themselves the Patriots. What triggered this you may ask the 5-star general known by the name of Grant L Becker died. General Snow took his place. Snow began to work with another 3-star general known as Gram who was for the Repairers. Beginning to set up a peaceful split between the 2 sides. He spent several weeks organizing his and their forces. He Named the patriots the Enclave as they were Freedom fighters before the war and a commander of the Enclave told him it would be a good name. On July 3 2080 He officially declared the split in a speech. Here’s the short part of his speech. “I understand there’s a huge division between us the United States Armed Forces. So I and General Gram have come forward to finally make the split before it leaves nothing left of the United States Armed Forces and leaves the people of the United States nothing to hope for. Those Who are Patriots Stand on the left those who believe in the Repairers Stand on the right. Now Those on the left you are the Enclave this is what our new name is.” General Gram came on the right and spoke. “Those who are with me we are the NCR National Country Rangers.” Snow took his men with him and so did Gram. After this Gram and Snow went to the armory and said all the high tech and power armor is ours you take the low tech. They went into the armory and after that, the split was over. Enclave was now the Power of the wasteland and the NCR was now the Power of the people. Yea that’s basically the end there’s more to the story but none of that matters.
