A well made Glider! The Launcher is just made to bring the Glider on higher speed not to bring it in the air, am I right? You could get the Glider high with the Launcher and launch the Glider later. You just have to move the Center of Mass of the Launcher nearer to the Center of Thrust by using for example some Fuel Tanks in the top of the Launcher. Just a small hint, if you want to fly a little bit longer with the Glider ;-)
