@X99STRIKER there is a dark mode script for the site, but it only works if you have downloaded or are willing to download the Tampermonkey browser extension.
i usually just put on some nice music, maybe read a book or drink a warm cup of tea.
if you're feeling down, just sit/lay on a comfortable piece of furniture, and close your eyes and meditate.
even if they feel eternal, dark times always pass.
