Are there any jellyplanes left? Link one and I will insert it to my Destructor of Death and Maybe Doom (DDAMD), essentially the banhammer with some rotators and a base.
Yes, multiplayer would be cool. No, sadly, I don't see the devs making a native multiplayer, or anyone making a non-local multiplayer. PC/OSX players will be able to do local multiplayer with other PC/OSXers someday when the mod is released (if it ever is, no offense guys).
These dudes I know saw jsaret driving his atomic cat into an elf-lord's eating contest today at 18.53. Homestar runner is guilty and everyone knows it. @Sirstupid
IIRC, @Skua suggested to me that:
Anyone can download planes, and you get 1 point per unique person that downloads your build, with a limit of maybe 100 or 150 points per craft for downloads. The cap is so people don't upload that bridge destroying gun and get 35,000 points from it.
@Mod but then there's no lazyness involved. People don't look at your plane, say "COOOL!!1" then not download it; they do download it and not upvote it, however.
What about if instead of points we have ranks based on downloads instead? 1 point per download. I'd get screwed over by this (5,700 to maybe 1,800 if I'm lucky) but then this would make XML modded tools [like the bridge gun] worth huge sums of points (on the order of 25,000 each). So…something else then.
It's true. I usually take (for over 100 downloads) a ratio of 20:1 downloads:upvotes as a sign that the plane is pretty good, especially if a lot of people that don't usually upvote my stuff upvote it. Here, unfortunately, "no news is good news."
@Warbrine if you're going to make a full remodel, just put it out as your own based on the Heep series. The challenge didn't get many entries so it probably won't go through, but just make what you like!
in a final release (or a prototype, really) unless you want to be likely brushed over. I've seen this happen to golds too, they use default paint and most think its a noob-plane until they see the username.
@JosephB2001 I realized I didn't really answer your question. Yes, the mods were generally helpful and knowledgable, but no more so than any other responsible, levelheaded users, before they were promoted.
Moderators are chosen by devs. There is no specific way to earn the mod position. Also, the community is small enough that as of today (2016.02.24) the devs are not promoting more users to mods, nor have they ever besides the first three.
In case @amazingperson124 's comment is unclear: console releases are pretty nightmarish for small (indie) devs. Plus, can you imagine the editor in console? ugggggh!
@DogeZ good for you. I won only because Delphinus's plane crashed. I tested that plane dozens of times around bandit and it didn't crash once! WHYYY
Woooow. I got matched with @Delphinus and lost :P
NOT AGAIN
NO MORE WEASELPLANES
stream!

I used a chrome extension to turn jelly into * * * * *. 8/8 works super gr8 m8.
@HellFireKoder really? I didn't know it was long-distance. That's really cool! I look forward to using it when/if it's released :)

link
it that a T1000? If so, that's probably the best bet.
@Generalkeath your submission becomes public when the tournament begins. Don't ask for upvotes.
Iiiiinteresting.
@Sirstupid or with literally any other word. Like...some asterisks. Hehehehehe
@OtterOfToast apparently it's the name of a YouTuber.
@FLIGHTSONIC MY CAPSLOCK IS STUCK ON EVEN THOUGH I AM NOW ON MY PHONE NOT LAPTOP HOW DOES THAT EVEN WORK??
These dudes I know saw jsaret driving his atomic cat into an elf-lord's eating contest today at 18.53. Homestar runner is guilty and everyone knows it. @Sirstupid
@Sirstupid yes? Have I gone overboard?
@Sirstupid testing 1 2 3
@Sirstupid I also made it change stupid to brilliant. You are now known as Boybrilliant.
Edit: that is definitely your new username
@Sirstupid I just installed the extension so it changes jelly to potato.
@Sirstupid niiiice!
@FLIGHTSONIC I THINK IT MIGHT HELP
@Flightsonic wassat?
@OtterOfToast many new people can easily figure out the exploit. It involves subs.
DAMMIT YOU"RE RIGHT
Unfortunately, I must report this as begging for upvotes is prohibited, last I checked.

30v30, I can imagine the crashes now (both the planes and Jundroo's computers going up in flames)
Wait woah I don't deserve credit for anything but like 7 keystrokes and hitting submit on a suggestions forum. All credit goes to this guy lol
@HellFireKoder fair point....this will not be an easy fix, will it? Not that we have any say :)
@Mod but then there's no lazyness involved. People don't look at your plane, say "COOOL!!1" then not download it; they do download it and not upvote it, however.
Exactly as @AeroEngineering said. Dedicate yourself to your planes. Internet points mean nothing. Just enjoy the game.
Heal that thumb!
You can't unlist a plane you've already posted. You can post new things as unlisted by changing the visibility from "public" to "unlisted".
@amazingperson124 trudat

@Mod perhaps, but then how do we distinguish a new player from a great one (not that someone can't be both)

What is this?
@Warbrine unless I get some more entries from others, yeah

As both Mech and Viper said, I think the point of players stretching the bounds of the game is 87.5% of the fun.
@ShatterFox but thanks to a sufficient number of people using the report button, action needed is immediately flagged.
Make sure you smooth out the corners,
NEVER USE THE DEFAULT PAINTSCHEME

@amazingperson124 how so?
What's going on here?
@AnarchistAerospaceIndustries hmm, the link takes me to the homepage.
@StogiepatrickMC Minecraft…an indie game. Yes, it started there, but it's a billion dollar game. This isn't even close.
