It has been an issue for a while. However rank has nothing to do with it. I am a high rank and i still browse through new planes and occasionally check out the last page of users. Delphinus does support new users as does spiritusraptor. However we can not cover everyone. This should be a message for everyone not just high ranking users.
My planes are for the community and if its used by a youtuber thats fine. It is however the rules to give credit to the original builder so i believe youtubers should at least give credit to the user who builds something they use.
Its a good plane but needs a few tweeks to pitch control and possibly even a re balance to get a good manuverability. But all in all this is a good start to your builds :) keep it up. Ps. If it werent for kingdeadshots support back when i started i would have given up early
According to Nostradamus. Obama is should be the last president. But as far as predictions go they are not very accurate, however, some of his predictions were right sooooo..... i dunno. Either way you get left with someone that is not able to please everyone
Its done with xml editing. Basically it changing the save file of a plane to get certain results. Things that can be done are but not limited to.
Unbreakable wings
Near unlimited fuel
Rotation of parts
Size customization
More powerful engines

It was a star based system up to 5 stars. So it was kinda easier but this sustem was implemented because of the same problem we are having now. No one rated planes but the community was substantially smaller. So it was still possible to rank up with a few good followers who liked your stuff. Go look at my earlier stuff, its not pretty lol. Anyway i just think there needs to be some kind of way to motivate people to upvote when they like the looks and/or performance of a build. Otherwise we will probably just end up going in circles ):
Its easier to just upvote, but then not many people upvote planes. The points system in place works ok you just have to find a way of standing out. I was able to do so early on before this upvote system was implemented and that is why im gold. My points dont skyrocket anymore but i still have followers from all the help and builds i give to the community:) forget the points friend as it only holds you back from building to your best. Still upvote because, well Karma lol :)
I find around 2 am to 4 am Sydney Australia time is best for me. But i just upload when i finish cos i have a good follower base and i know people will see my plane :) i will follow your progress
Ok so you should be able to find the jundroo simple planes folder. Im not sure of the exact path. Once there go into files then aircraft designs. Choose the build you are working on and open it with word or something that allows text editing. Then find the prop and the blade count and change it for what you want. I will find a link to better instructions :)
Xml editing involves editing the save file for the plane. Unity mods are put into the actual game coding. Any other questions just ask myself or Skua. Between the 2 of us we can answer your questions
Do you mean actual modding or xml editing? Some of your stuff can be made in the xml files. To learn the basics @Skua has a tutorial and also does unity mods so he is probably your best bet with that type of modding. Also @Hellfirekoder is good at unity mods :)
