Depends on the mass and size of the build, just try changing the values and seeing what works. It’s better to have the speed higher than the stability though.

The medium lasers can be fired straight when turned using TRIM. The head wobbles when the lower cannons are fired because i has to lower the mass of the neck so it could walk without falling forwards (at the expense of weak hinges). There isn’t a way to sequence the way the cannons fire unfortunately.
