History

The company VARDER was founded in 1923 by a young 19year old boy named Olexander Tovstoyat. the idea of the company to create cheap, comfortable, and reliable cars. The first model Mark 1A, was released in 1924, and was a sensation in the market of cars of its class. at the price on average 20-30% less than in competitors, this car has few similar functions, or sometimes even exceeded its competitors! The model was produced in only 17,000 cars, because the company`s budget at that time did not allow to issue more cars for example, increasing the factory or raising salaries. The second and third models of 1928 and 1930 have not lost popularity, but the price has increased all the time, in the agreement of increase of salaries and increase of circulars. This continued until 1955, when the company began to make more and more claims for a large percentage of the mark 4 and its modification, Mark 5A and Mark 5GTS. mass judicial processes on solving these problems began.
