I think this should just be an option, because rendering clouds like that and at the same time run the game would probably need a 1060 or better for it to be playable

i set my keybindings to 3 different sets of inputs on my keyboard and none of them did anything
EDIT: the advanced targeting mod caused this to happen. disabled it and now its fine, but that mod is quite useful
This happens when you don't have any shocks to support the weight of the ship. A cheap work-around is usually to put on wheel suspension but thats just not really that cool tbh
altho it looks like you do have some suspension in there so it could be a completely different issue
