Yes, we are both happy. I was not expecting the detail to get printed. I figured it would foul up in the printer. Pricy little toy, but memories we will have forever. @PhilipTarpley
Price range? I realize my rig is over 2K, and that is not realistic for everyone. Can you build your own desktop? It is not mobile like a laptop (not that my massive laptop is really mobile) but I've always gotten great bang for the buck this way. @Notapier
Yes, I finally got around to changing it. Most of the world knows it as the DC-3, but to be accurate it is really the Skytrain. These are the D-Day markings on this bird. @Matty797
Thank you. One of the pleasures of this game is that you can go back time and again to make tweaks to your builds. I'm thinking of redoing my TU-95 again as an example. Such a fun game. @cowelly
@DandruffCat - thank you for your kind words. I considered calling it that, but most people just know it as the DC-3. Maybe I'll add the name to the title to add clarity
Thanks for the upvote and suggestion. I'm not sure about the extra length in the nose. I followed a profile online and it is shorter than you realize. @jamesPLANESii
@Fishbowl1121 Yeah, It's pretty heavy.
@deusalgor Its here!
Thanks Joey. It was worth the wait. @joeysellers

No solid, heavy plastic. @Fishbowl1121
@Tahyang Here is the 3D print

Congrats guys on finally getting this one out there!
Congrats on getting this one done!
I have an ROG gaming laptop with 40GB RAM. Seems to work without issues. @Notapier
Lol! Thanks. @Tahyang
That's really cool. We are expecting the 3D model to arrive tororrow! I'll share pics. @Tahyang
Thanks for fearlturing. You have a nice channel. @Delosofy
Thank you very much! @Tahyang
Outstanding job. Works well in the water and has enough juice to pop over sand bars.
I'll give some more updates later, but I like where this is going!
What do you need? @XxcreedexX

Nice job 😀
Thank you @RocketIndustries
Thanks for making the long flight commitment! I'm glad you enjoy this creation. @RandyAndSonsAircraft
Looks cool. Try double or triple the wings (multiple wings in the same location) to achieve more lift.
Yes of course you can. @BaconRoll
Thanks very much @Notapier
@VladCelTroll - yeah, I remember that game.
Your welcome. I'm slowly trying out planes, but it has been challenging with my surgery recovery. @Insertname

As a child I remember the roar of this very loud plane as it made its last flight over my airport. Thanks for building this.
Sr. Here: yes I'll do that. It should be coming soon! We are all anxious to see it. @GT3TobyRS
@DandruffCat - thank you for your kind words. I considered calling it that, but most people just know it as the DC-3. Maybe I'll add the name to the title to add clarity
:-) @RandyAndSonsAircraft
OK, I'll try to add that. :-) @Dolphinowl245
@Pioneerindustries - I see that. I was going to add one, but decided to keep the part count down. The actual landing gear is pretty interesting.
Turn your physics up to high. @WilhelmScream
Thank you @EggAircraft !
If you release an unlisted version you get a nice cross section diagram to compare against. @jamesPLANESii
Thank you @CaesiciusPlanes
Thank you! @Treadmill103

Cool wings, dude!
I'll check it out! @MediciAviation243
I'll do the same with yours. I personally liked this one! @Insertname
LOL. They last forever. @Insertname
That's great! I'd like to see that when you get the print! @ACMECo1940
I like how you got the shape down. I had to run the whole runway to get airborne, but once in the air, your bird flys very nice. @ACMECo1940
I just took it for a spin :-) @ACMECo1940
Thank! My 13 year old son (Walrus Jr.) designed and built this one. I ordered a 3D model of it. @Insertname
Thanks @ACMECo1940 There is so much history behind this plane!
@Insertname - yeah, I should have named it based off the military spec, not the civilian. Lol
I'm now following you. Ping me if you need anything. @Insertname
