It's to remove spam, the only other rule I absolutely despise (I speak for everyone) is the cooldown, it's unnecessary, and it only makes sure people do not get upvoted.
This is annoying... I made a cockpit a while back named "How many upvotes can this cockpit get?" and it got deleted for spam, yet I see TWO exact copies that get 30-40 upvotes!? UNFAIR!!!
