You can upload unlisted, press the button that says "public" on it before uploading, it should switch to "unlisted" you have the ability to upload 10 builds as unlisted, compared to the limit of 3. When a build is uploaded as unlisted, only you and people who have the link to it can see it.
Plug your tablet into your pc, navigate to android/data/com.jundroo.simpleplanes/aircraftdesigns on the E: drive (presumably your tablet would have its own icon, but just in case) to retrive your planes. (Android only)
