@BeastHunter care to try out some of my other game breakers? they are all nested using post redirects, so just explore around, or attempt to anyway, as 2/3 crash your game on the most modern version of the game
Nothing. Clicking the download button won't actually download anything
.
(the Splane file is a text file with the post id in it, rename it to a .txt and you will see)
@KnightOfRen same goes with Jimthesquid.
He has been playing on an alt for the past few years and only revealed himself recently. The moderators let him stay
ive seen many people worry that testing builds in VR would be slow and cumbersome. so i made this vid to show that it is only just a click of a button.
THIS ONLY APPLIES IF YOU OWN BOTH REGULAR SIMPLEPLANES AND SPVR FOR PC!
.
also i still have no idea why the bottom of the video is cut off, i need to mess with OBS some more to get it working
This is cool and all, but wouldn't any amount of lag begin to throw things off? As the clock cycle will probably slow down when things are laggy, compromising time based things.
Also, im pretty sure the game slows down FT calculations in low physics, and maybe on mobile and oculus quest as well
Oculus quest is locked at low physics btw
There are so many issues with this, i need to do a retake. Also, this felt WAY faster in the headset, so ill probably have to practice more so i can do more impressive stuff with it.
I have no clue why the bottom of the vid is cut off
im gonna have to tap out, as the amount of particle effects that the carriers give off on destruction just render the game inoperable until i restart
@BeastHunter

Is there any way i can reduce the particle effects from the fleet in VR? Destroying them grinds my pc to a halt even on low graphics settings.
after some testing, i found that the destroyers get way too smoky for me to land on, so ill just land on the carrier
+1@BeastHunter take a look at my VR teaser vid, ill just use that again with some modifications
+1This will be easy. Can i land on a destroyer instead for bonus points?
@BeastHunter
+9very mobile friendly
Dorian please dont press that remove button.
Also, heres another build that suprasses the Yamato supercreation in part count as well. I only beat it by 1,257 parts
.
Part count rankings for the highest on the site:
1: this
2: 28k part Eugenie Tearrace Chicago
3: 20,000 part yamato
4: my 10,000 part creation
partCollisionResponse should be set to None if you dont want it to break
+2@BeastHunter i take that as a challenge
+2@BeastHunter whats the max part count allowed?
+1So it looks like the mods shot down my first idea.
+1Wait, rule 9 exists. You will truely regret rule 9 once im done with my next entry.
@BeastHunter im aware, but this streches nothing to a whole new level. We will see what dorian thinks
+1@SupremeDorian
Dangit, youre ruining all my fun!
+2Nothing. Clicking the download button won't actually download anything

It doesnt break all the rules, it doesnt use any mods
It isnt VR compatible
@CovenantSlayer just finished off the list itself, im doing the introduction and fact checking now
+2My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined
+4@MrShenanigans the pinned comment says that this only works if you own both SPVR and regular SP on PC
Its still publishing one sec
Fixed it

Simpleplanes VR is already a smash hit on the quest, so i would expect a bunch of new users soon
+2@jamesPLANESii i laughed way too hard at this
Because yes
Accidentally un-curated it, was a missclick inside my headset, it should be curated again
+1@Tookan it is, open regular SP, join server, then click enable VR
Look it up on YT

@Shootlegger 15 if their your own, 2 if not

@Bellcat not sure, but it looks like the other AI is also speaking now
+2Im green now
@VRCollective Shhhh... Dont let him know that!
+4@Jundroo damn, dont go so hard on him, he's only a human

This is why you need to provide instructions
+3Read the rules before posting.

Dont copy
No, but a wheel sound was added
@vincent, can you make this a successor to this please?
@Hiiamhere i need them for their dead weight, other than that, they are useless
@Hiiamhere can i have engines on the car with no fuel? The engines will be unhooked from the wheels and i will be using another form of propulsion.
