I reckon they've captured one of our Drifter-C transports. They have thermonuclear turbines which can double the performance of most aircraft and one went missing during the ambush on the Deutschland. We always assumed it went to the sea bed when the Deutschland started listing.

Seeing as you have better knowledge of the situation I'll place my forces under the Deutschland's control. They are:

Two Bridge-class landing ships, each carrying 450 men and 35 Earthquake ALS light tanks.
One Devestator-class destroyer, with SAMs and cruise missiles.
Twenty Osprey II strike fighters, ten Peregrine air superiority fighters and one S-3 Viking anti-submarine aircraft.

All aircraft will be refuelled in the air if needed by other Osprey IIs with refuelling pods flying from my carriers.

Good idea. We'll knock out the defensive positions, then you can damage the fort with the railguns. I'll send a couple of Bridge-class landing ships to take control once the bombardment is over, escorted by a Devestator-class destroyer.

The BoC does have an air force. It's largely made up from a few third-generation fighters, which are easy prey for our fighters.
