@CrazyCatZe So... The anti-air missiles are launched horizontally? I thought the box-ish things around the turrets are the missiles before I realized that a missile should be larger and that those are probably countermeasures... Also, it is not uncommon to launch minesweeping ROUVs from racks like that, so...Still, nice build!
I highly doubt a ship that small (comparing to the missile) can be considered a destroyer instead of a missile boat... Also, what are the tube-shaped thingy before the no. 1 turret used for, and why are the torpedoes (or perhaps a minesweeping ROUV?) mounted on racks?
This starship sort looked like that of Ephwurd's, although I didn't exactly get how - and why - are the cargo containers loaded diagonally, and what will be left of this ship when these containers are removed……
@Type2volkswagen True, in the world of steampunk fiction, physics does not exactly follow its counterpart in real life... That said, a steam engine, given enough air (from outside the boat with a VERY large snorkel) and fuel, could theoretically work under water...
@WahrscheinlichIch Sorry I messed up on the etymology... Yup, a ship with all masts except the mizzen rigged square, and the mizzen rigged fore-and-aft is a barque...
@Type2volkswagen Was the beer keg the size of a ferris wheel, or was the (model of) the airship the size of a car? The correct answer seems like "neither", given the car is way too big to be the size of a normal vehicle, while the airship build is the size of a normal airship... Still, I would say it's a great idea to learn from the construction process of someone else's when it is used for your own creativity.

P.S. I know that "invisible pink" scheme are used on British reconnaissance planes, mostly modified Spitfires, but the irony is just too much to ignore...
Great job!
I can tell there is a strong influence from the "艦これ" game/anime series , but could you please tell me which fairies are used in the introduction? Thanks!
Also, are "wing gun"/"gatling gun" modules used to simulate the spent casing?
@F104Deathtrap That said, the real killers of Bismarck are two British battleships and half a dozen other ships... The only difference the swordfish made is to slow Bismarck down enough for the Royal Navy to chase it down and turn it into swiss cheese with their cannons... Royal Navy outnumbered and outgunned their German counterpart in both world wars.
I would consider parachutes a bit unnecessary for a glide bomb... Also, I think a standard 1st person view camera on the glide bomb might be more helpful for aiming...
@spefyjerbf Is it supposed to be a civilian glider / photographic aircraft? The wingspan meant it's supposed to fly REALLY slowly, and thus not a good idea for freighters, jetliners, or anything remotely related to military use.
This doesn't really resemble a Seraph-class... A Seraph class had smaller, quicker-firing guns, and two fixed-forward-firing fusion beams, while the Vindicta seems to be designed as a heavy bombardment vessel, with the engine/ reactor nancelles and the bridge being the only parts of an original Seraph. If anything, this class of dreadnought should be named along the lines of "Fallen Angel" or "Lucifer", given it's a complete overhaul of a Seraph-class, with an entirely new weapon pack to boot.
@Ephwurd Well, that depends on the setting and where the ships are deployed. A continuum freighter operating on the outskirts might need more firepower and armor than those in the core systems, and I'm not sure whether an atmospheric transport operating in, say, New Portum would need to be designed with combat in mind... Jetliners are also large targets, but since they mostly fly in safe places, there isn't much need to make them a smaller target, and bonus points for you're not going to get the cargo if you shoot anything down in atmosphere - the cargo will simply fall with the wrecked plane and become a splattered pile of trash - something you would not benefit from.
@Ephwurd A freighter is never meant to stay in combat... This a cargo hauler, not a fighter or bomber, they do not need to be designed with those aspects in mind (jetliners, for example, do have a larger silhouette than a bomber of a comparative size, but their comfort and stability is something the bomber won't achieve)

How and why would a paddle wheel work under water?
This is not a destroyer, this is a Destoria-class heavy space cruiser……Anyways, Zar Belk!
+1@WahrscheinlichIch Sorry I messed up on the etymology... Yup, a ship with all masts except the mizzen rigged square, and the mizzen rigged fore-and-aft is a barque...
I have to say, this Barque looks COOL!
Nice Work!
@Drummer1112 BTW I'm commenting on the construction... This seems to require a lot of effort...
Amazing!
@DemonSniper8 Well, it is self-evident the X-wing took it down...

So... The beer tank is repurposed from an airship?
+1Creative design on the mechanism! Good job!
Spefy you are back! Nice to see your post again!
Thanks! I will try the concept out!
That surface... Is it supposed to represent the corrugated skin of real-life SR-71s?
@JohnnyBoythePilot Great!

Good ob on the sci-fi look! Will the ring be used to house a warp drive? Alcubierre drives have that ring design, anyways...
Is Automimicry a prominent part of design? The gif picture in the intro gave me a sense of this anyways...
Looks like an oversized fighter jet... Good job!
Nice build! Given you said that you are not good at English, could you please tell me where are you from? Thanks!
Looks like a WWII USAAF medium bomber combined with the engines of a starship...
I cannot say this build is bad, but this blob of a plane is somehow causing me a headache just by looking at...
@Mainblocks Great! Thanks for the information!
+1@Mainblocks Well, my phone could not run anything with more than 600 parts even on low physics (and anything more than 120 on high), so...
Great job!

+1@Zharapparbyell Colors, the shape of the plane, and the amount of details are all different from your usual style, so...
Not bad, but seeing something wayyyy out of the normal artstyle gives me a wierd feeling...
The nose reminded me of the ill-fated Tu-144...
This thing is... beautiful...
Nice job! But I'd rather have a large inferno missile without the need for a seperate engine...
@FlyingNarwhal We don't have the third...

+1The cockpit somehow resembles a B-29...
Steering wheel on the right hand side... Where are you from?
@Zharapparbyell Sorry for the confusion... It's just my way of describing this type of "floating" turret... Also, where are you from?
Well, technically speaking, spefyjerbf had built something similar eons ago, but that's the only other instance to see maglev turrets
Who's Joseph? Is he a long forgotten brother or a descendant of Keith, the ace fighter pilot?
Not bad, but I'd suggest not using the piston-based recoil mechanism on weapons with low firing rates. Other than this, nice build!
@KeemstarPlanes Ok, I'll start my lore-writing, plane/boat/weapon-uploading spree from now on.
@KeemstarPlanes Done what?
@Lumian300 Looking forward to more videos and builds from you. Good job!
+1Also, nice job on the energy claw!
