@Hahahahaahahshs oh um just take a small, free spin rotator and have it connected to the main fuselage base and the moving base, then use X Y and Z nudges to get it connected. This is all from.my perpective so it might not work :P
Its just ths standard time telling they use calculate hours (2 hours, 3 hours, etc), so they just start with hours to make it easier, hence the "1 hours" you were talking about.
