It seems the website is being updated, and does not work at the moment, as I am unable to upvote your post. I hope the devs fix it soon, but I talked to Andrew, and he seems to be trying to fix it.

As far as I know all tags give the person a notification, but on some places they turn blue, and on some places they do not.
And (true story) one time I had 110 notifications after being inactive for about half an hour.

Change it to military font.
