@BaconAndEggs96 Thanks for trying to help out fellow members of the community. Sorry for dragging you into it, but you readily posted the info @Teus provided that @TheSoundofLight wants to preach, but practices none of. I'm tired of the way that he carries himself around here and the detrimental effect he has on the community as a whole. TheSoundofLight, I'm going call you out on this crap every chance I get. And I'm going to do so until you reassess what you are willing to offer to this community, or until you go away. I would prefer the former as opposed to the latter, but either will suffice.
@TheSoundofLight You are absolutely one of the biggest hypocrites that I have seen in recent memory with your rating and comment. I sit here in awe as I try to comprehend how you feel that you are entitled to have the position of being able to critique someone else's work such as this. You consistently create sub par work while consistently tearing apart the efforts of others. I personally feel as if you contribute little to nothing towards the advancement of this community as a whole. You seem naive and foolish, and it would befit you and everyone else of you were to put a little more time and effort into your creations, and even your ratings and comments. It makes you look very silly to watch you create very basic, and barely functional designs and call them replicas... all the while you want to demean and tear down the efforts of others. I personally find it distasteful and childish.
@BaconAndEggs96 You should offer that information to @TheSoundofLight as well. He desperately needs the assistance, as he is obviously disillusioned with the quality of the content, thoughts, and opinions that he brings to the table. I, for one... am sick of it.
This is pretty sweet man. You definitely spent some time trying to get it balanced right. Nice work. If you get a moment, check out my FS-22 Star Jumper. It has similar flight characteristics, I think that you may enjoy it.
@Allstarship I'm a realist, and I'm straight forward. If you'd like you can go look at TheSoundofLight's previous two G38's for a little context. I really am trying to be constructive with my approach here... but it seems to be a lost cause.
@TheSoundofLight No one stole the idea from you. His idea was to actually recreate the G38. Your idea was to stick the name G38 on something else entirely man... You can see how this guy's plane actually looks like a Junkers. This is the sort of quality you should strive for man. You see how the tail is a box? See how well he captured the shape of the body and the wings? That's what I was trying to explain to you yesterday buddy.
@TheSoundofLight I'm in agreement with Teus and The Voice... you have no room to be criticizing someone else's work like this. You have posted some planes that were "replicas" (according to you) and they looked and performed nothing like what you claimed to have recreated within the program. Yoy really ought to take a step back and reassess what it is that you're contributing to this community. As far as I can tell it has been a plethora of mediocre planes and destructive criticism. You and I both know that hurts the community as a whole and makes you look foolish. Change your approach...
@Stingray yeah, it is super cool to fly. It belongs really high up in the air and it knows it, it goes straight for the sky at takeoff! Lol... but in an fitting manor. Nice work buddy.
@maverickvii Thank you sir, I appreciate the compliment. I've been a bit preoccupied ad of late. And somewhat a lack of inspiration and motivation. Hopefully I'll be able to put together something fitting for you guys soon.
@UnknownVectors Yes! The unity 5 change should be happening soon. It would be interesting to see what people can do with the ability to alter things such as you say. Very cool, these next few months will be exciting.
@UnknownVectors I haven't messed around with those at all, nor am I familiar with what you're talking about exactly. I am on mobile, so I may not have the ability to do that. I simply mod the xml file with a text editor here on my phone. Perhaps the .assets are for full modding on a pc.
This is pretty cool man, it looks and performs awesomely. As for the intake issue, I've had that problem before too. Generally I've found that it has to do with something clipping through and engine. But, I didn't really see anywhere on this design where that might be the case. Keep up the good work buddy!
@UnknownVectors I appreciate the offer. I've got it down fairly well. I've got the proper tools and I know which values and such that I can adjust. It's more a matter now of seeing what kinds of effects I can encite with the manipulation of things. It's been interesting, learning this stuff. I haven't done anything with code since high school. But it's pretty straightforward if you know what you're looking at/for.
@UnknownVectors Yes, I think that is a fine name. And yes, you can pit vtol nozzles facing any direction that you would like thrust. It all depends on how you want the craft to function. And for your third question, there are a few reasons. A little bit of a lack of inspiration, also I'm messing around with learning how to mod so I've been messing around with that trying to understand how to manipulate the program better. Also, I've just been kinda busy, work and home life and such doesn't leave much room for other things at times. Hopefully I'll have something solid going soon that I'll be able to share with you guys.
I like this one a lot too. I accidentally touched the water and it took the whole plane waaaaaaaaay up into the sky. Still in one piece, which surprised me.

This is pretty sweet man. You definitely spent some time trying to get it balanced right. Nice work. If you get a moment, check out my FS-22 Star Jumper. It has similar flight characteristics, I think that you may enjoy it.
Nice build man. Like the look and performance.
The devs have requested that there be noore flag submissions. You should remove this post.
Wow, super impressed by this man. All of the moving parts look amazing.

Noce build man. I like the look, it's super fast too. Performed well.
Nice work man.

@Eric314 Thank you very much, I appreciate your time.
It does indeed fly. Keep it up man.

Nice build man, I like this.
This is absolutely outstanding.
I like this. Awesome cockpit view, and it is a solid build. Really nice work man.
@Stingray yeah, it is super cool to fly. It belongs really high up in the air and it knows it, it goes straight for the sky at takeoff! Lol... but in an fitting manor. Nice work buddy.
This is pretty awesome man.
It seems a little tail heavy at first. But once you get up to altitude and speed, it becomes quite balanced and stable. Nice build man, I like this.
Pretty neat idea man, well done.
@GravityGun913 @Gelodicus Perhaps you two should go to the original design page and give that a vote too. Seems like the fitting thing to do.
This is outstanding my friend! Absolutely impressed by this. Excellent build.
This is super sleek. And it has a great feel to it. Really great build man.
@maverickvii Thank you sir, I appreciate the compliment. I've been a bit preoccupied ad of late. And somewhat a lack of inspiration and motivation. Hopefully I'll be able to put together something fitting for you guys soon.
The nose and tail sections on this look really good. This thing is excellent. Nice build here man.
Again, excellent work. The two tone paint job is awesome. Really good work.
This one is really cool, I like the look a lot. Awesome work man.
This is nice man, it looks great and it functions nicely. Awesome build.
@hypnotoad Awwww... ya big softie!
@UnknownVectors Yes! The unity 5 change should be happening soon. It would be interesting to see what people can do with the ability to alter things such as you say. Very cool, these next few months will be exciting.
Nice build man, I like the look a lot. I really would like to have seen you close that back end up, but hey... small fries. Nice work.

This one is sick, I like the cockpit view. And the movement and look of the tail when you pitch is really cool. Good work my friend.
Wow, this thing is stupid agile! It looks great too. My girlfriend would love the colors! Awesome build here buddy.
This one is cool too. It's neat watching these things fly. Interesting cockpit view when you pitch on this one. Nice build buddy.
