@JMicah4 Extremely light weight, very little on-board fuel. Gets fuel from the glitch. I found out that low-fuel vehicles usually float (all my helicopter models float).

@JMicah4 thanks....I'm not sure about top speed yet, this thing uses near infinite fuel from the Carrier. A new SP glitch!
