@YoYoJ16 don't get upset at me because you came into a thread titled "The cold hard truth." and you start running your mouth to me about things that didn't even pertain to you directly and I let you know what the truth is. You brought this upon yourself man. Don't try to blame others for this. You could have said nothing and all would be well. But you chose a different route, and you got a different result than you expected. And this is an amazing website. I can't speak for myself, but the other two mods are very good. Your statements aren't holding any water, and you aren't doing yourself any good by continuing to make mute points.
@YoYoJ16 We want constructive and pleasant people on this website. This place has enormous potential and has been cleaned up considerably by the devs and mods. And I wouldn't be in your situation because I wouldn't act in a way such as you have demonstrated. I couldn't tell you what happened to lord of lego, so I've got nothing to disguise. Do you have any other points that you'd like me to pick apart?
For the record, YoYoJ16 deleted all of his comments. I'm going to leave mine because they are true, and I'm not ashamed of anything I said. But for those without the context who might be confused... he asked for it.
What, you're going to go on another 15 hour hiatus? You only left for that brief period because I caught you using multiple accounts and upvoting your own content. You came into my thread running your mouth and you're upset because I told you how it is? Nobody is mistreating silver and under users. I have less than 4k points. Guess I'm getting mistreated too huh? Don't be upset because you came to me and asked for a dose of the truth and I gave it to you. You can leave if you want, and I would personally prefer it, but don't try to drag other respectable users with you. You and your overly dramatic rhetoric can take a permanent hiatus in my opinion.
You see everyone, this yoyo is a great example of what not to do. Thanks for the example @YoYoJ16. He spends no time in the editor, and he goes about interacting with the community in entirely the wrong way. Have a little more respect for the game and the community dude... you're going to have a short and unpleasant stay here otherwise.
@YoYoJ16 this post isn't directed at you specifically. And I didn't say your plane was bad. I said that it looks like you uploaded the same plane three times. You come to my page and ask for my opinion then you're going to get it. Also, you don't have that much time to build? All you do is spam comments and spam the forums. You spend all day doing that. Spend more time in the editor. Also, if you really didn't care then you wouldn't spend all day spamming trying to get someone to come look at your plane. And you're going to get angry and do something I won't like such as go on a hiatus? You're going to get angry and go away? No... please... stop... don't... And further more... you've picked the wrong one to come in here and start mouthing off to. That is a fact. Now, think carefully about how you'd like to respond. And be sure to use your big boy voice when you come and talk to me, ok Chief?
Cool. I use turbo editor too. What you need to do is to make a piece that is the right size and shape and color, and then you can put it in place with the xml.
@Carol8 ok, that sort of stuff is going to need xml modification in order to do that. People who made that type of thing went into the game code and changed values of pieces in order to make emblems and stars and all of that stuff. If you search the forums I believe there is some info on xml modding to get you started. Let me know of that helps. Also, make sure you hit reply so that it alerts me to your response.
@YoYoJ16 I've seen your profile, to be honest... it looks like you've made the same plane 3 times. There isn't enough difference in them for me to tell them apart man. Try making something completely different than the base design that you have at the moment.
Yup, pilot error on my part. This thing is cool. Though not what it was intended for. I was able to dive this thing into the water and pull it back out a few times in one go.

This thing is great. Interesting hud, the shape and lines of the body are awesome. It handles well, and that little controllable bomb is sweet. Nice touch with the air brakes on the back. Very cool build.
@TheReaper I understand your goal, and I agree that all of those things would be awesome. I just feel like the want for multiplayer is known by the devs, and has even been tested to some extent. To the best of my knowledge it isn't something that they are actively pursuing at the moment.
Hey man, have you not seen the numerous threads that have been made about multiplayer? Not that it's a bad idea... but it's been proposed before many times by many people here buddy.
@dsr1aviation xml modding isn't that difficult. There's a little bit of a learning curve, but with a little bit of patience and a text editor it's totally doable. But I agree, I think something like that would be beneficial to everyone.
It was really cool man. The pilot flew flew me around and showed me various points of interest. And then when it was time to land... he wasn't joking around. That plane dropped quick! 10/10 would fly like that again.
Various commercial airliners numerous times, a few smaller passenger planes. The most memorable was the flight in a Fairchild PT-19 open cockpit trainer. That was a very cool experience. I had the leather hat on and everything!
Really we need to be able to type in our own values and forgo the majority of xml modification. Sure, we can click through the presets. But a drop down box that allows us to alter the value on the fly would be invaluable.

@AgDynamics thanks buddy, you explained it better than I was able to.

@JovianPat hmmm... that may be possible. At least something similar.

@JovianPat lol, that's how I feel right now!
Did that piece work out like you wanted?
@JovianPat oddly enough... it's raining here right now. Not firey death rain, just regular rain.
@JovianPat I just happened to be in the area.

I don't know who Phillip Davis is... lol. I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Can you give me an example.
@AgDynamics your John Denver reference made me weak... lolol. Here... have a non-existant upvote. ⬆
Well done man, this is a nice build.
That bomb bay system you have there is pretty awesome man.

You circumvented the successor system and you didn't give any credit to the original designer. This post will be removed. Upload your own content.

@YoYoJ16 thanks, I'm glad you like it. And in my opinion it handles pretty well. The push pull prop setup seems to do well.
You made it better how? You added one piece. Please tell me how this dramatically improves the original design.
You didn't make this...
This is awesome, excellent level of detail.
Excellent work man. Those rocket pods and rotor setup are super smooth. Awesome build.

@Stingray I don't know that it's functioning correctly on my device. My speed was a slowly climbing 260mph.
@PlanesAndThings @Nickasaurus thanks fellas
@sirtribesman well crap... the bombs were the only things I didn't make... I need to stop using @MaxTeoZ bombs. They're making my planes look bad! Lol
Thanks for checking it out buddy, I appreciate it.
This build keeps telling me that the engines aren't getting enough air. I stuck 4 small inlets on top and still the same thing... strange.
Nice design man. I didn't have any issues getting it off the ground, just gotta let it get up to speed first.

This looks awesome. I'll have to check it out in a little while when I get home.

Nice build man, I like the look of this a lot.

This is outstanding man.
