Incredibly stable. Floatable. Controls a bit confusing. Don't know which way is up most of the time. Unbelievably fast. I like it.

There is a lot wrong with this.
1 It is way too heavy. Try getting rid of some of that dead and empty weight. It may also help to make it a bit more arrodinamic.
2 It doesn't have enough fuel. Its better to have too much than not enough.
3 The wing don't really work in their current position.
