Thank you for the upvote and spotlight I appreciate that. Your plane is incredible, by far the fastest acceleration ive seen of any race planes. @Ownedpilot
runs 35-36 i couldnt figure out a way to make sub 30 be reliable so i settled on reliability over speed. i know it wont win wit that time but its the best i could do.@SlowJet
thats great son..... beware people on here may be older than you son. the comment was meant to be uplifting and congratulatory to anyone that was able to break the 1 min barrier. sorry yours could not but good luck either way son.@MI
@JohnnyBoythePilot , its unlisted still. i have been working on different designs all week since this is my 1st race. i think im done with it, ive put in quite a lot of time in it. ill tag u so u can see it
your builds are quite nice and look well done. I clicked to follow you. my weakness include older ww2 ear planes so im sure i can learn a few things from you
@Maximis , i would play it safe also. i had to make the same decision. i chose reliability over the speed. i never made it to 28 i dont think..., at least not often lol :-) .
@Sarpanitu , thank you that was a very fair and gracious review. After reading I looked and agree the scale is off, one of those “in plain sight” errors lol. thank you again for putting this challenge on it has been fun and im really enjoying the entries. have a good day
Big plans are hard to build, at least for me. this plane reminded me of this its the largest plane ive built so i wanted to share with you. take a look, get some ideas. maybe you can share some ideas we can both use.
You did a really good job! If youre going for realism i would reduce the armament. The XL was designed to hold abt what the f15 strike eagle holds as it competed for that contract. Either way it looks great!

in my opinion, anyone that is able to build a plane that completes the race in under a minute did a fantastic job. Good job and good luck to everyone
4th line down on the rules it says no jet engines allowed.....@MLG26
Looks great! Nice clean lines, well done
@Jacobdaniel , you got your plane to 36 sec now? thats a big improvement . good job

its actually very nice, ive noticed a lot of the race planes are really ugly.
@JohnnyBoythePilot , ill tag u in a minute with something that may help you.
@FlyingManiac , @Maximis
Looks like a Ton of Fun!
I think you should find a way to bottle that u would be rich!@FGW2014
Dont know how u keep coming up with this cool stuff... :-)

flies really well and is very original, i really love these not so mainstream builds. good job

Our planes look very similar. I guess theres a basic design good indy racers have

Very cool.
Forget the plane the description was great! Lol
thank you @homemadeforthepros
runs good! 100% reliable. i would rather have reliability than faster plane that crashes or misses rings often.
