AAC was founded in 1934, and rose to prominence in the world stage after their development and export of military aircraft and engine parts during WW2.
Now they operate as a private company, contracted by the Astorian government to supply aircraft, engines, and aerospace technology while pursuing their own research and development programs in the civilian industry.
Backstory
