Yeah I see what you mean. We sometimes see war as necessary, and more efficient weapons mean quicker combat. SLAF Rattler Mk.iiis use their CMAX-15 cluster bombs very well and humanely. Most of the time they only do one pass over an enemy convoy and they are all destroyed. Quickly, with no pain. We try to make things as humane as possible. @DeidaraEnterprises
