FYI this build could not be mirrored. Building two equal halves is fun, takes a while. So far, I'll admit that the 2 VTOL nozzles are not mirrored, which results in minor takeoff drift only.
Thx @WaterAirLand Of course, sounds like fun to build. Gotta reinstall browsers and all apps on my OSX desktop, incl SP, first...had new HD installed today.
Will be brave and try OSX Beta, eventually, although it would be nice to be able to modify the XML files that was the recent trend in SP. I like the new props, here on this model!
@nickasaurusrex Agree. Also gear etc. - that's another model for someone to make. Feel free to copy this and enhance. (However gear messes up water landings). Air brakes sound great, they work on final approach.
@nickasaurusrex OK: I can land on grass on either island with this, then takeoff again similar to the SIM sea. The trick is use it's excellent glide, power off, for touchdown.
Thanks @planesnthings
Guess your mirror worked, not so on iOS orcAndriod. @nickasaurusrex
Sounds interesting, since my best models had that few parts (subjective) . Gotta see if my beta SP is working on my OSX desktop.....
Thanks! for testing & liking @jheffernan
I'm on OSX 10.10.4 Yosemite for all beta.... @nickasaurusrex
This one flys gently, but is not a replica. I've built a replica, and it's a beast to handle, just a heads up. @nickasaurusrex
Have fun, I approve!
Having trouble with beta since my desktop crashed and rebuilt itself from backups, Simplanes did not restore..... @nickasaurusrex
Thanks @nickasaurusrex

Thanks @nickasaurusrex This was a long, impossible build. Glad someone enjoys the flight results!
Thanks @planesnthings Got sidetracked on F100 Sabre builds, this did so well I posted it!
@EAD246 This is one of my bests, took 4 months of experience. Requires "clipping" which is explained on the subreddit simpleplanes.
Thanks @Cono9
@Kirbyshammer Thx.
Creative! Got somewhat dizzy in cockpit view! Like it!
Thanks @JShay
Thanks @ramjet
Thx hadn't tried that one yet @jheffernan
Thanks @Jacobhardy64
Glad you like it @nickasaurusrex
Thx @Kirbyshammer
Nice to have Beta, I guess. Last SP Beta crashed my computer, and SP is refunding cost. Proceed with caution.
Q: was this ever an evaluation of costumes or vehicles in the imaginary SP world? OR will all beta releases help you out with this question?
Thx this one is a riot! @jheffernan
Thx @nickasaurusrex
Thx @planesnthings
Doing this on iOS? Seriously? OK........... Congrats on platinum!
Ambitious build, good start, continue!
Thanks! @planesnthings
Exceeded 400,000 feet today. This missile slants East or West from Jundroo islands, you decide. Next step, a warhead?
Thanks! @jheffernan -- I've tried various Satellite/Rocket combinations, this one flew highest. So far.
@JShay OK did not try that, will though.
Air launch required, yet balance, speed & control are excellent!
Thanks @nickasaurusrex
Thx @Rohan
Looks fun! Someday, beta for me, but last beta corrupted my HD, so....still thinking ahead.
Why, thanks! @Delphinus

Addendum: model flys 1,400+ mph at 60,000 feet on mobile devices.

Yep. Thanks @jheffernan
Okay, since SP community WalrusAircraft and PlanesOfOld parts are now allowed, I hope more folks build new planes here!
@Kirbyshammer Okay, if you mean the wings, engines provided by WalrusAircraft and PlanesOfOld -- that everyone on SP has already started using.
Thanks @jheffernan

@WaterAirLand Thanks, glad you like this simple-appearing model. FYI I could add more stability, but it would become a complex model.
Yes, and thanks @Delphinus
