@Authros Such photos may not exist. No, nothing behind the radome provides assistance. A sculpted radome somewhat like the AWACS shape deploys via internal hydraulics, downward attached to a single internal pedestal. Several meters down. The result is a high-drag nose-heavy plane that can cruise for over 18 hour missions. Information gathered, I cannot specify. But it spooks China, Russia, and N Korea, even when over international water.
FYI @Authros the huge radome tucked away in the fuselage for launch must be extended several meters for in-flight Sigint missions. Next challenge: build in SP what Lockheed did over 20 years ago, a retactable radome that outperforms the familiar AWACS.
Note: the wing/fuselage planform is a replication of the F-105. One of the engines is a mod. This SP model exceeds 150,000 feet with ease, Oops, not my intent. Yet fun to fly.
Thanks @hypnotoad This one was a tricky build, I'm sure you'll appreciate that SR71-type replication is very popular on SP, but no one until now has a 3,000+ mph working model. Think I should throw down the gauntlet and have a competition, beat this?
@nickasaurusrex OK I'll check that gear, however this model flips all the time on some takeoffs that have too much up pitch. Gotta keep pitch level at critical low airspeed. I expect to update this, BUT was seeking max performance allowed in SP SIM.
Thanks very much @GoldenHawk
Defend Gotham thanks @jheffernan
Thanks @Gg1234

Nice. A blast to test fly!
Thanks @ramjet

Thx we are helping save Gotham @KingDeadshot
I want this model @Authros. Awaiting beta for iOS, you guys at Jundroo!
Thanks @JacobHardy64 SAVE GOTHAM!
Thx yeah this is purely for fun @nickasaurusrex
Looks great, need beta here.
Thanks @nickasaurusrex
Thanks @Kevpilot
Thanks! @simplemissile
Would like to fly this, alas no beta here.
(Tricky to fly). Creative. FUN!
Good zone to share ideas and techniques. No spam from me ever, just ideas and suggestions.
Like looks! Don't have beta yet......
Thanks @JacobHardy64
I agree and thx @jheffernan

Wait, I already rated this. Guess if painted green this would be a flying toad_:)
Beautiful! Someday Jundroo will provide Beta to us, the simple iPad Air crowd.
Thx @EAD246
Thanks for the compliment @jheffernan
Looks nice, unfair with BETA, someday I'll download and test it!
Would have been 9 parts, But the nozzle placement was crucial to achieving standard liftoff & flight. @ramjet
OK. Awkward takeoff (Like a couple of mine) but very stable and well-controlled in-flight, I like it!
@EAD246 J -- Just tagged you for a simple supersonic "Ten-Parts Delta-Wing Entry" post. Hope it helps you.
@EAD246 download this, and from it you can create better planes than you
Thanks @ramjet
Thanks @JShay
Here's my entry @A5mod3us -- all stock, took advantage of delta wing lift on SP.
Just posted my 10-part delta wing entry!
Thanks @AnonymousUser99
Flys well, I like the simplicity!
Funky, flys well. Add floats and this could be a seaplane.

Yes, it's too dense to land @kingkobra
Thanks @Hunter565
Thanks @Jheffernan
Thanks @Rohan The D-2X Lockheed drone did that. I'd need a launch platform to launch it.
Thanks @ramjet BTW this is a model of a true ramjet plane.
Thanks @Jheffernan
Thanks, it's a WIP @JacobHardy64

@Aaronlin Ok
Downloaded this on regular non-beta SP, works just fine.
Thanks @Aaronlin You are brave to test this one.
