Thank you @Ctracerx2 ... This model and future WIP posts will likely defy SP physics. Because, sometimes, they use modded -288 lb fuel tanks posted by @Ctracerx2
Looks like something I can use, to share better models with the SP community. Thx! (Subtext the recent Jundroo SP upgrade about 24 hours ago deleted all my Amazon components for SP.)
Yeah, cause I gave it enough weight to "sit" on the runway. In-air. the wings are only for control. Air is like water to some of my SP posts. It does defy physics.@BattleBulge
@BattleBulge Amen. I have an unposted model, same Steampunk aircraft, that reaches 20,000 mph as it overflys the other island, then blows up mid-air, and I decided to not to post that version.
@TheLatentImage Yes, but this post is the sub-20,000 mph version. At least it's stable, with room for improvement. My beta unlisted version exceeds 20,000 MPH; then runs out of fuel, so it's still WIP for "faster". Thx for you comments!
Oh, I posted a spare part that I couldn't see on my desktop editor? OK. Not worth a re-post though. Checkout my Steam Punk Dreadnaught Argo, an all-new build that is better than this one. @AeroEngineering
Yes, this requires a desktop, and thank you! @Layne

Thanks you, @Ctracerx2 ! I guess most users do not realize or test the variable wing sweep.
@TheOwlAce here is your big Uber Graf-Zepplin-B back. Less fuel, but still way to big for a mobile. A nice idea, here, hope you enjoy.
Simple to take-off, and the pitch is just fine. Excellent VTOL/STOL!
Now you go and show the rest of us how to build helicopters (sigh). This is 100% functional and a fantastic model!
Simple beauty. I love the water take-off approach!
Thank you, @Delphinus
Good upgrade! Was designed to use a flat non-lifting rotor. At 50% power (no more) I can easily fly this upgrade from Tarpley to Murphy and back.
Thx PM'd them, they responded, apparently there was no scheduled Amazon upgrade. No big deal, then, hopefully it was user error, lol. @WalrusAircraft
I'd have to modify it on my desktop, and repost to do that. With your permission, only. @TheOwlAce
Ik. Smaller size&weight needed. @TheOwlAce
Mobile Friendly next, so we can test it?

Beautiful!
Well-mannered and a gorgeous plane!
Thank you @Layne This is,of course, the Hollywood top gun model. Glad that you found it funny/amusing!
Thank you, @Layne
Thank you, @Nickasaurus
Thank you, @Planefun
I'll give you a prop plane that reaches 700+ mph at 80,000+ feet. ALL STOCK. Just for fun, no other reason.
Advise stock engines on Water on SP. Retest with stock engines, test, you decide.
@karlosdarkness But, I took your plane from Tarpley to East Island runway, tricky but possible approach, touchdown on runway.
@karlosdarkness Yes, and it was fun!
Amazing stuff! Could land it and takeoff again on another island (East Island).
Luv the sleek water style! Hint: I had to change the rudder to "roll" vs "yaw" and invert=no to test it on my mobile. Then it works fine.
Thank you, @Ctracerx2
Thank you, @TheLatentImage
Thank you! @dsr1aviation
Thank you! @TheLatentImage
Thanks, and it's there for the fun of other SP users! I found the original Twin kinda boring... @Delphinus

Fantastic construction!
You're approach to small single-engine is similar to the one I posted, yours w/o gear, similar speeds (engine limit). I like it!
Thank you! @BattleBulge
Thank you! @okilus
@Delphinus Opinion, this model is just as factual as the LRSB. Google LRSB.(Tounge in cheek kidding).
Thank you! @Ctracerx2

@Planetinker You did good homework. Thx.

Thanks! I agree, it's close, I wanted a base design that would carve through the sim air, and maneuver, even with that tiny engine. @JacobHardy64
Clean design!
