You legit need less than 6 fuselages to make an airfoil. I haven’t tried it with sliced fuselages but it really worked out on my B-24 when I was working on it.
Besides what’s the harm in showing you? It’ll give you some tips for later

The C-17 can be transfigured into a Flying Hospital but not emergency medical transport in that circumstance.

HH-60 and UH-60A(Med) is for those.
You almost never see a V-22 stopping by picking up wounded unless it’s a full on combat retreat
