@TheLatentImage cheers dude, it was very much inspired by your RCN experiments. Unfortunately the comment saying so has gotten a bit lost in the sea of other comments
Hi DWMONKILLER. This is definitely a copy of Bacon's plane. Another one of your planes skirted very close to the copying line too. Please start uploading your own work rather than that of others.
@lordverminaard as for identifying parts, I find colours to be really helpful for that. I usually set up a custom palette with the first colour being grey, the second being red, then orange, then yellow etc. Paint literally the entire plane grey. After that, find the part you want to edit, and paint it red. If you go to the xml, every grey part now has materials="0", and the one you want to edit has materials="1". You can do a find for ls="1 to locate your part. If you want to edit two parts, paint the next one orange and looks for ls="2. Also the most recent part you added is the last one in the xml.
It's hard to know exactly what you're looking to do without seeing the design, but it sounds like xml edits can indeed solve your problem. Every part in the xml has a "rotation" component to it, with three values. In order, these are the rotation around the x, y, and z axes - pitch, yaw, and roll respectively.
@KiKiVonTV I know, but it's quite clear what the intention was. Particularly after the actual word "Jelly" was given a filter, I have seen basically every variation of the word you could imagine.
You've broken two rules here. Firstly, you have directly copied my plane, simply repainting it is not enough to qualify as a "substantial" change. Secondly, you have named it after a YouTuber. Either stop breaking the rules, or start getting disciplinary action against you.
@Rohan @MediocrePlanes never mind, I did it myself. Also Rohan, had to delete your comment for the same reason. The ban hammer has already been sated this day.
Please do not name planes for YouTubers. This is considered spam, and is against the rules. You can use the tag system instead. Jelly even mentioned this in a recent video.
Well, you were told that you'd be banned if didn't stop copying, and you didn't. You can come back in a week's time to try again, any further rule breaking will just result in a permanent ban. You have had your chances.
@amazingperson124 I believe he ran in to some trouble with the elevation controls on the guns. It's still a WiP, but it's a colossal project for one person to take on.
@DuhNinju okay, this link should take you to a folder where you can download the actual .xml files, rather than just the .splane links. Once you put those on your Kindle, you need to find the AircraftDesigns folder. On Android, this is normally at InternalStorage\Android\com.jundroo.SimplePlanes\data\AircraftDesigns, but I don't know if the Kindle is different. If everything works out, putting those .xmls in to that folder should let you load the planes in the game.
Oh I threw a few of my favourites in too, just for good measure!
Are you saving the xml and then reloading the plane in the game? Just opening the game again doesn't do anything, but if you load the plane again from the load planes menu, it'll reflect any changes you made.
@SimpleName11 @Seraphinium @SUPERSAMROCK guys, leave this be, please. If you don't like a plane, that's fine, but just move on and ignore it instead of insulting it.
@Halfstrike we can edit and remove posts, as well as giving people warnings and bans (both temporary and permanent). 98% of it is just telling people to stop copying stuff or putting YouTube names in the title, though.
As mentioned by other users: don't name planes for YouTubers please, this is considered spam and is against the rules. You can use the tag system instead. Jelly even mentioned this in a recent video.
@Jackie it'll die down eventually, just like it did after Draegast and Weaselzone. We need the patience of people like you spreading the message to everyone. Thanks for all your work.
Sorry about having to enforce the rules on this one, by the way, I know you've put some effort in to this one and Entak is the most obvious name for it. Unfortunately, with the amount of YouTube stuff we get, we've got to stick to the rules.

No profanity on the site, please. I've removed the plane, but it can go back up if you change the name to something more appropriate and then reply to me.
Hey Dipper, just to respond to your report on one of the successors of this plane: I know it's kinda frustrating that a low-effort edit of your car is being used in an attempt to get the attention of a YouTuber, but it actually doesn't break any rules. The title is fine, and significant changes have been made, even if they kinda ruin the whole point of a replica.
As mentioned by the other users here, don't name planes for YouTubers. You can use the tag system instead. Jelly even talked about this in a recent video.
Since you seem to be ignoring everything the mods have said to you about copying planes, as well as naming planes for YouTubers, I'm giving you a temporary ban. You're welcome back once it's over, but any further rule breaking will just result in a permanent ban.
Please don't spam multiple copies of the same plane.
@MrSilverWolf oh no you did, I just wanted to say that I appreciate that you sorted it out between you rather than needing a mod to step in
I shouldn't even need to tell you how inappropriate this is. Any further behaviour like this and you will be banned.
@Rocketboss @MrSilverWolf I dunno what happened, but it looks like you've both sorted it out reasonably, so I guess I don't need to. Thank you both.
@TheLatentImage cheers dude, it was very much inspired by your RCN experiments. Unfortunately the comment saying so has gotten a bit lost in the sea of other comments
@DuhNinju no worries, just so long as you remember I might not be able to do it straight away at any given time

Cool plane, very reminiscent of the Su-25 Frogfoot
Here you go
@DethFromAbove thank you!

@Cedy117 sorted, there's a link on reddit for you
@JacobHardy64 that reporting it was definitely right and I wish it had been the only one of those I had seen this week
@Rohan maybe my being "cool" is in quotes too
@Rohan @MediocrePlanes never mind, I did it myself. Also Rohan, had to delete your comment for the same reason. The ban hammer has already been sated this day.
@Cedy117 yeah, no worries man, send me a link and I'll take a look
Hey laSoul, I like this post, I just need you to edit out the swearing in the middle of it
Not breaking rule number one would be a good start.
@kotostorm this is a massive violation of literally the first rule. Learn to follow them, or you'll be removed from the community.
@laSoul @Flightsonic @JacobHardy64 it would count for reporting indeed. I wish I could say this was first one of these to be uploaded this week...
Please do not name planes for YouTubers. This is considered spam, and is against the rules. You can use the tag system instead. Jelly even mentioned this in a recent video.
All good points. Just to add to number 3: American afternoons are the busiest times.
Well, you were told that you'd be banned if didn't stop copying, and you didn't. You can come back in a week's time to try again, any further rule breaking will just result in a permanent ban. You have had your chances.
@SUPERSAMROCK it is indeed
@Dipper nah it's alright, I can see why you reported it, I just thought you deserved an explanation about why nothing was done about it
Sounds like you had drag view enabled
@amazingperson124 I believe he ran in to some trouble with the elevation controls on the guns. It's still a WiP, but it's a colossal project for one person to take on.

@Mod haha, no bother

@Mavrick12345 thank you, it's back up now
@Halfstrike @TehDuck looks like Mediocre beat me to it
@SimpleName11 @Seraphinium @SUPERSAMROCK guys, leave this be, please. If you don't like a plane, that's fine, but just move on and ignore it instead of insulting it.

@DuhNinju cool, message me when you've got them all ready and I'll get started
@Mod eh, I'd say significant changes are in place here. The changes mean it doesn't work any longer, but they're still changes...
As mentioned by other users: don't name planes for YouTubers please, this is considered spam and is against the rules. You can use the tag system instead. Jelly even mentioned this in a recent video.

@Halfstrike that's almost everything we do anyway hahaha. I appreciate the thought, though.
@Rohan whether I was in mind or not, it's a pretty cool design
Since you seem to be ignoring everything the mods have said to you about copying planes, as well as naming planes for YouTubers, I'm giving you a temporary ban. You're welcome back once it's over, but any further rule breaking will just result in a permanent ban.
